The struggles of living with anxiety, depression, ADHD and unprocessed trauma can complicate life. Engaging in therapy will help to strengthen your resilience and empower you to manage challenges so you can enjoy living.
“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” George Bernard Shaw
Using a cognitive approach, I offer biopsychosocial sessions that focus on identifying your strengths and exploring solutions. Together we will explore your sense of self, identify your preferred ways of processing experiences, and assess your coping strategies. I will work with you to learn new skills, propel you forward in pursuing your goals and support you in developing a positive sense of self. Be it a planned or unexpected transition in life, an existing or evolving disability and/or historic or recent traumatic event, I invite you to connect. Committing to your personal well-being will positively affect all areas of your life.
