About Sarah~Louise Murray
MACP; CCC & CCS; MPCC & RQS; AB-CT; BC-RCC & ACS; PEI-CT
Sarah~Louise Murray founded B3 Practice & Supports with a clear mission: to bridge the gaps that traditional systems too often leave behind.
With over two decades of specialized experience, she has worked across school-based programs, community mental health settings, addiction services, and private practice, serving diverse populations from high-risk youth to older adults in retirement.
Her journey has taken her from the Lower Mainland of British Columbia to Northern Alberta and back to her roots in Prince Edward Island, where she now practices. Along the way, she has lived and worked within Indigenous communities, East Indian communities, Asian communities, and rural Northern Canadian settings — experiences that have deepened her understanding of cultural complexity and strengthened her ability to meet clients exactly where they are.
S~L specializes in trauma-informed care that helps individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, PTSD, and complex life transitions develop a positive sense of self and live more satisfied, successful lives.
She also provides clinical supervision for therapists seeking to enhance their skills in trauma-informed practice. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, integrity, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, ensuring that every client receives care informed by the latest evidence and compassionate best practices.
Before becoming a therapist, S~L trained and worked in first responder vocations, bringing an added layer of understanding to the realities of high-stress, high-stakes environments. This breadth of experience allows her to work confidently with the full range of complexities that clients bring to therapy. She
At the heart of it all is a simple mantra: Be Well, Be Kind, Be You. You deserve care that honors who you are and supports who you're becoming.

Meet The Fur Crew
Therapy at B3 Practice & Supports sometimes comes with unexpected co-facilitators.
North the husky and two cats — Hobbs and Licks — are affectionately known as The Fur Crew, and they occasionally make unscheduled appearances during virtual sessions. They bring warmth, levity, and a reminder that life's most healing moments often include a little fur and a lot of heart.
