Are you looking for assistance or a support network to build a positive attitude? If you are, I invite you to explore a therapeutic journey with B3 Practice & Supports Inc. I am a Canadian certified counsellor catering to the needs of individuals, couples, and the elderly. My approach focuses on supporting clients in identifying their preferred ways of coping, exploring new skills, processing experiences, and developing a positive sense of self.

My practice offers a biopsychosocial approach with solution-focused, client-centered strategies integrated with cognitive behavioral therapy and strength-based psychoeducation. I work with you to explore your sense of self, pursue your goals and achieve personal satisfaction.

Over the past few months, I have been making a lot of changes to further my growth and benefit my clients. I have developed outlines for our sessions to exclude additional fees. I have also enhanced our amenities to include snacks, beverages, note pads, and other interactive tools.

I have also developed a new website to support my clients along the process. With the experience and expertise I have achieved through networking, I have started expanding into new communities and developing different community projects.

With the new changes introduced to my practice, many of my clients have rave reviews about how they feel. They said that they felt a genuine connection and understood and heard. With the new fifteen-minute flex to appointments, clients now get the full benefits of their time with their therapist. They are able to book their next appointment, receive assistance in capturing reflection notes, and even expect communication requests to be answered within twenty-four hours.

In my line of work, I strongly advocate for multiculturalism and fair treatment of all humans. This means that my company is inclusive to all. I believe that a diversified workplace calls for more learning opportunities. By embracing and sharing personal experiences and engaging in professional development on an international level, enhanced therapeutic services can be accessible to all who wish to attend it. As of right now, my primary focus is on client service. However, I plan to concentrate more on networking and developing some community projects to fulfill my dream of ensuring that therapy services are available to everyone worldwide.
