The Healing Journey Isn’t a Straight Line

B3 provides guidance for the journey toward a life that feels more like yours.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

You might be here because traditional systems haven't worked for you. Maybe you've felt misunderstood, dismissed, or like your experiences were too complex to fit into neat boxes. Perhaps you're carrying trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating relationship challenges, or simply seeking a steadier path forward.

At B3 Practice & Supports, our approach is different.

This is trauma-informed care that believes you, sees your full story, and honors the complexity of your experience. You won't find judgment here—only compassion, expertise, and a genuine commitment to walking alongside you as you move toward healing and growth. Whether you're seeking individual support, couples counselling, group connection, or professional supervision, you'll find a practice grounded in integrity, experience, and the belief that real change is possible.

Meet our Therapists

Sarah~Louise Murray

As the founder of B3 Practice & Supports, S~L has a clear mission: to bridge the gaps that traditional systems too often leave behind.

With over two decades of specialized experience, she has worked across school-based programs, community mental health settings, addiction services, and private practice, serving diverse populations from high-risk youth to older adults in retirement.

Her journey has taken her from the Lower Mainland of British Columbia to Northern Alberta and back to her roots in Prince Edward Island, where she now practices. Along the way, she has lived and worked within Indigenous communities, East Indian communities, Asian communities, and rural Northern Canadian settings — experiences that have deepened her understanding of cultural complexity and strengthened her ability to meet clients exactly where they are.

Taylor Bromley

Taylor works with youth and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, ADHD, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and the impacts of trauma.

She has experience working with young people and understands the distinct pressures that can accompany navigating school, family relationships, and identity development during such formative years. She prioritizes meeting clients where they are at and accommodating her approach to fit clients' needs.

Taylor believes that therapy works best when you feel heard, understood, and accepted. She takes a trauma-informed and client-centred approach, delivered through a non-judgmental lens. Her goal is to understand each client within the wider contexts that form their perspectives and experiences. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, she tailors therapy to your individual circumstances, while uplifting and employing your strengths.
